I'm Daniel Thompson, a game developer currently studying Level Design at FIEA (Florida Interactive Entertainment Academy). Before joining FIEA, I pursued a Bachelor's degree in Interactive Media Game Design at SUNY Polytechnic.
My passion for games developed at a very early age and has always been a driving force in my life. Growing up, games like Sly Cooper, Ratchet and Clank, and Halo 3 provided me with inspiration and helped me persevere through challenging times.
At present, my go-to games are League of Legends and Hunt: Showdown. I've also been diving into various rogue-likes such as Risk of Rain 2, Slay the Spire, and Wildfrost. While I enjoy playing and exploring different genres, MMORPGs and rogue-likes have always held a special place in my heart.
My ultimate goal in game development is to contribute to and give back to the medium that has shaped my life. I aspire to create games that inspire others and provide an outlet for those seeking a means to channel their passion or simply find solace and relaxation.
